My daughters friend male 17 is 6' 2" and 110 lbs but pretty much every night if he eats a little more than a little handfull he throws up. I asked him if his mother has taken him to a doctor and their insurance is not very good but the response was he will grow out of this?? He says he is still hungry but if he continues to est he will throw up?
Please any information will be greatly appreciated.

This is not an emotional eating problem but certainly may be a physical problem unless he has been like this all his life.  If this is a recent, he should certainly see a doctor.
