Eye lid twtiching ~ numbness

My eye lids have been twitching for 2 years, it is happening all the time now; sometimes they almost close. Twice after standing for hours at work when I was leaving I felt disoriented and had a hard time focusing almost like I would faint for a minute or so. Once coming in the house after work my legs went numb and I was disoriented and my vision was blurred. My jaw went numb 2 or 3 times for a minute or 2 before. I have leg pain at times and short sharp head pains. I smoke 1 or 2 cigarettes a day and am 45, 30 lbs over eight have hypo thyroid and am perri menopausal.
