I had temporary coverage with assurant last year for 3 months,  there were a few claims made, but i paid more for the insurance than what was paid out.     i was wondering,  can i get temporary insurance with them again?

Dear ooblydoobly,

If you filed claims during your membership with Assurant Temporary/Short Term as recently as last year, they are not likely to accept you again. The good news is that there are a number of other Short Term Carriers that will not decline you solely on the basis of your claims with Assurant. Visit www.eHealthInsurance.com to find a variety of Carriers & products that may fit your needs.

Sincerely,

Amir Mostafaie
