The lab results show estrogen receptor 72 % positive, progesterone receptor 91 % positive, HER2 3+, Ki-67 unfavorable 62 %, and p53 unfavorable 89%... what does it all mean?

The positive Her2, unfavorable Ki-67 and p53 means that the tumor has an aggressive character. Aggressive in the sense that it tends to metastasize early and portends to a more unfavorable prognosis. There is a drug called Herceptin that has dramatically improved survival for Her2 + breast cancer patients. It is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets that Her2 receptor on tumor cells.
Positive ER and PR receptors mean that your tumor is responsive to hormonal stimulation (estrogen and progesterone) and blocking these receptors through drugs like tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors (arimidex, letrozole, exemestane) should result in better disease control and survival.
