Im not sure i understand myself

i keep havin these stupid mood changes. ive never really noticed it untill now when ive started annoyin people.
ill be really happy one minute then really depressed the next wantin to do stupid things. then ill feel releaved and embarrased and start appologising alot. ive really started to annoy a friend with it. so yeah.
whats up with it.
(im male if that helps or anythin)

Well, it sounds to me like Bipolar Disorder, but the best help in getting help is to realize that not all diagnosis are correct. You should talk to a psychiatrist and let them know your conditions and feelings, and talk to them about maybe trying a mood stabilizer for the mood sings and possibly Lexapro for the depression and anxiety that associate with many forms of Bipolar Disorder. (Myself Diagnosed with (GAD, Depression, and OCD) been on meds now for about to months). Hope that helps.
