Some insurance companies say that you have to do food journals, etc for a certain amount of time before they will pay for it.
This isnt a minor procedure - it's a majorMajor tears Major-con operation. Being in a place with nothing familiar (including the language) isn't a place you want to be if something were to go wrong. And besides, you will still need a surgeon for a follow up and a fill, etc and cant go backBack pain - low Back strain treatment there everytime.

At 5'7" and 260 - you aren't THAT overweight. I hope you have tried your very hardest with diet/exercise already before considering the surgery. It is by no means an easy option and is just as much diet and exercise after as it is before...
