Overeating at Work

by m2urray, Apr 14, 2008 07:56PM
I bring my lunch from home and I start work at about 7.30am. Between this time and about 10.00am I constantly "graze" on my lunchbox so by the time lunchtime comes around I have nothing left to eat so I go out to the takeaways and get more food.

I don't do this at home.

The problem is I am getting bigger and bigger but I can't help myself - Any advice, please?

This kind of overeating is in fact a form of emotional eating, and only when you stop the emotional eating ( food as medication for your early hours of workday) can you control your weight.  You can get more information at the shrinkyourself.com website....
