NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON AND REALLY FREAKED OUT

by bluechicken_lexa, Apr 14, 2008 09:27PM
i have these small painless bumps around the opening of my vagina. they don't itch and are painless, they aren't red and aren't soft they seem like they're hard. i have always worn a condom during sex although i know my sexual partner did have sex with alot of girls. i'm getting really worried! they haven't spread or gotten worse, they're just kind of there. my skin is usually very sensitive to certain materials so maybe it's something to do with that, i don't know. i'm so freaked out i can't even sleep at night. i know how commin it is to get an std and i was hopeing that there is the possibility of it being something else.
are bumps on or around the vagina always related to std's?
please help me, i'm so freaked out!

Well how long have you had these bumps...Theres always the possiblitly of having an STD but if you say your skin is sensitive then that could just be it. If you shave your skin could of been irritated. I'd wait like a week and see if it goes away. If it doesnt or it gets worse then you should go see a doctor and get checked out.I wouldnt freak out just yet. :)

If its keeping you up at night, why not just get it checked now?

Knowing what it is won't change anything, but at least you'll know.  And why spend another night not sleeping when you might not have anything but an allergic reaction to something?

please write back, thanks...

It really could be anything.  If you have more bumps now, you need to go back to your doc.
