Okay so I've been playing softball for about 2 weeks, and we have a game today.
I'm pretty sure I pulled my hamstring a few days ago, and it really hurts when I run, but I kinda have to run.....
It's softball.
I wanna keep playing, but I don't know if that will make it worse or if it'll ever go away.
Any suggestions please?

R- rest if possible
I- Ice 20 minutes on/ 20 off, not directly on the skin
C- compress, wrap the injury snuggly, but not enough to cut off circulation
E- Elevate the injured body part above the heart
