shud i get cured myself for paralysis??

i am 21 yrs old and i am an epilepsy patient from past 4-5 yrs and i am taking medicines for the same namely eptoin and gardenal but now i am noticing a sensational feeling in the left side of my mouth.my left eye starts blinking,my cheek starts shivering,my lips start shivering.but this is not for the first time i am facing this.i started realising few months back wen that i shud tel this to my parents and doctors as well.but i am worried.so plz tel me that is this epilepsy or paralysis.
