Possible Meningitis in 23 year old and her children

I am 23 years old. I have a 34 month old and a 13 month old. I'm fearful that all of us are experiencing symptoms of meningitis.
For the past two days I have had a stiff neck, unable to tip chin to chest, frequent but bearable headaches, sluggishness. NO seizures, fevers, or vomiting/diarrhea.
My first daughter (34 months old) has been coughing, but otherwise acting okay.
My baby has been acting normal except for last night she was screaming and crying, even while I held her. She couldn't get comfortable, wouldn't relent, etc. I attributed it to being at the age she doesn't want to be away from me except she wouldn't stop crying even while I held her. This is not typical for her. She is always a happy, content, independent baby.
I may just be stressing and worrying for nothing, but I have no clue where to go from here. I do not have a family doctor for myself and not certain one would accept me as a new patient on account of possible meningitis. Please give me any input, and please ask me any questions for clarification!
