IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP! Recently was with a girl who's last HPV outbreak was 4 yrs ago. HELP!

by bewarethemeadow, Apr 15, 2008 11:30PM
I recently got oral from a girl (she went down on me) whos last HPV outbreak was 4 years ago.
I also fingered her but none of her discharge made it to my penis from accidental contact or anything.

Could it be transfered through my hand?

If her last outbreak was 4 years ago, does it mean she's been cleared and i have nothing to worry about?

Even if she was in a contagious period during this time, since you didn't have intercourse with her your chances of getting warts would be highly unlikely.

I'd pretty much say you're completely safe from getting genital warts.  If she hasn't seen any for YEARS it's safe to assume she's not contagious anymore.  Considering she has no warts present, and you didn't have intercourse with her, you should be safe.  Don't worry.

This question is VERY similar to yours and was answered by a doctor.

No problem.  There really isn't any reason to panic or worry about this.  Just relax :).
