I've started my third week straight of working out,
and I was wondering,,,,

Could starting a workout schedule throw off a woman's menstrual cycle and make it late?

If you are not getting enough fat in your diet/losing weight too fast your period could stop.  It is a symptom often experienced by anorexics.
