Does stress effect lymphocyte count

by litenrod, Apr 16, 2008 12:04PM
I have, since I can remember, been anxious and under stress.  My lymphocyte count has usually been a little below the low range, ie., 20-40, and around a count of 17.  My last blood test result was a lymphocyte count of 11.  I have been under greater stress recently.   Could this greater stress cause my lymphocytes to decrease to this low number.  Thanks
