Hi all I am wondering if any of you are going through the same thing. I am seven wks today and feeling nothing. Last wk I had killer cramps, napping every chance I could get and craving ice cream. Now nothing

If you are truly concerned do not be afraid to call you doctor. It may be nothing as symptoms do have a tendency to fluctuate day to day but maybe your docotor can do and ultrasound if you are letting him know your nervous enough about it and maybe it will reassure you that things are okay. I hope they are!!

I am learning symptoms can come and go.....I didnt feel preg much last week and today I vomited as soon as I walked in the office. Im 7wks....careful what u wish for.

I get that too, where i just dont feel pregnant anymore, but then i start going to the bathroom all the time again and start feeling tired so i know its still there!

My symptoms come and go. Today is the first day in 5 days that my boobs were sore again. If you are concerned you should see your doctor. My sister didn't get symptoms until she was 8 weeks along. Everybody is different.
