hcg rising but not as expected

I've been amanzingly happy for two weeks, since I discovered I was going to be a December MOM, after 18 months trying!

Unfortunately yesterday I went for a blood sample and the nurse called me later saying that hcg was higher than last week but not really high enough. She didn't want to say that this was bad but I could hear it from her voice. I have to go back again on Monday for another blood sample and then I would know more...

I hope everything will be okay for you too however like you from the sound of the nurse;s voice on the phone it is hard to remain optomistic. I am recently having some back pain and crampy feelings and was thinking maybe my body was trying to get things going, my levels didn't even come close to doubling in the past nine days and for as early as I am I think they should be and not to mention that they had been doubling for the week prior to it. I can't imagine how you feel 18 months is such a long time and now to ba faced with this. I will be pulling and praying for you - let me know how it goes okay!?

bad news... just  heard from the nurse and I have hcg of 3200 and last wednesday I was at 1700... it didn't even double in 5 days... I know it s bad but we do I still have some hope????

Thursday I go back for more blood sample, these next few days are going to be a nightmare... Hope this m/c comes soon...

Stay positive your levels may not be rising as much as they would like but they are rising w1hich which is always a good sign.  Sending good thought your way, fingers crossed x x The waiting is always the worst x
