Potty Training Regression with Pain

My daughter has been completely potty trained now for about 3 months.  She was doing great with maybe 2 accidents in 3 months, but lately she has had at least 1 if not more accidents a day.  One day she pee peed in her pants 4 times.  The weird thing about this is when she has the accidents she generally has been squiriming for about an hour holding her pee.  I've tried to tell her not to hold it to get it all out on the potty, but she says she does not have to go.  She eventually gets to the point where she is jumping up and down telling me she has to potty, but when we get in there she refuses to sit and wants to be held constantly.  I have reverted back to pull ups for this reason and I have been so scared she would hurt herself by holding it that I have encouraged her just to pee in her pants even if she did have an accident.  She refuses and continues screaming and crying wanting to be held, until finally she pees and is fine.  I have took her to the doctor who did an urine analysis that came back negative.  He thought that it may have been constipation and suggested Miralax to help with the stool.  This seems to work some, but she still has episodes.  This is not an everyday occurance and the rest of the times she uses the potty fine, but the accidents that she does have seem to all include the above symptoms.  She is always really disappointed when she has an accident, because she realizes that pee goes in the potty.  I try to tell her it is ok and that accidents happen, but she is still disappointed.   I am really confused and scared that something is wrong with all of the aggitation she shows when she has these spells.  Help please!

You might re-visit the constipation issue. Her symotoms are typical of children who tend to be repeatedly constipated. I assume the doctor examined her to rule out any rash or infection, in addition to the culture.

when my son was one he started to run high fever he was in and out of the hospital untill he was around 5 and no one could say what would cause these high fever and over the years he would still have them but not that often, then when he turn 7 he started to have this twicthing in his hands that would last from 5 to 20 minutes he was admitted to baptist for a week and they did a lot of test but still did not find anything , just over a year ago he started to complain about feeling hot inside he was taken back to his doctor but still no answer , just 2 days ago we were having dinner when he said mom am feeling tingly all over then he started to twitch uncontrollably all over it lasted for 30 minutes and he also said he is burning up in side PLEASE HELP I FEEL SO HELPlLESS THAT I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH MY CHILD

Hopefully you contacted the doctor to request an urgent appointment; if not, please do so. The symptoms may represent some central nervous system problem but, whatever the case, immediate medical evaluation is warranted.
