I hope someone in the know answers your question, because it's my question, too. I have a recurrent viral issue, and had some really strong new symptoms after the last outbreak.
I have read that a virus is more likely to cause a exacerbation than trauma, when I was trying to figure out if having hip surgery could bring on new issues. I would think that means a virus can bring on an exacerbation.
Anyone else have more input?
