herpes? yeast? hpv?

A little less than two years ago i had unprotected sex with four people i didnt know very well with in a 4 month period. i was newly out of a five year relationship and made very foolish drunken mistakes. A short time after the encounters i noticed that i was very itchy in my vaginal and anal region. i was also finding blood on the toilet paper when i defecated. about two months later i felt a small bump just inside my vagina wile i was cleaning myself. i took a look and found what appeared to be a wart. i looked and found one just inside my anus(no history of anal sex). sure enough i was diagnosed with hpv. i used the cream my nurse practitioner gave me as well as essential oils my mom found for me. the oils seemed to do a better job of killing the virus than the cream so i stuck with those and put them on religiously. however the oils really burned a lot and i'm sure i lost a ton of layers of skin with them. since i was diagnosed i have not had sex and have been back to the gyno with normal paps. the itching and warts are completely gone.
the problem is that i am still paranoid about having another std, namely herpes. so i have been doing a TON of internet researching, only to worry myself more. in the past year and a half i have been noticing that i tear in my perineal area and towards the bottom outside part of my vagina much more easily than i ever used to (though i do examine myself much more often). i never have tears on the inner lips, inside of my vagina, urethra, or anus though. i have never found a blister and i dont have burning or itching either. just pain when i wipe myself after urinating. this just recently happened to me again. i had been working out a lot in thongs and didnt shower immediately after for about two days when the fissures and a chunky white/yellow discharge from my vagina appeared. i read it could have been a yeast infection? but then i also read herpes can present like a yeast infection. could the trauma i did with the essential oils have made my skin that much more fragile?
also, i have been having some hormonal problems, for about a year i didnt have a period. i went back on birth control and have been having normal monthly menses, but sometimes i forget to take my pill and end up taking two or three on one day. could this be causing a low grade yeast infection to flare up and cause these symptoms (vaginal fissures in the outer bottom of my vagina? i kind of notice an increase when i use a natural soap too. could it be throwing off my natural pH?
IMPORTANT! i know herpes acts differently in everyone. i do have kind of a weak immune system. i have always gotten sick easily and take a while to get healthy again. would herpes tend to be severe in a person like me?

Why not just get a test and find out once and for all? Ask your doc for a type specific IgG herpes blood test.
