diphenhydramine antihistamine - Bynadryl Allergy

Ok Heres the thing... for about 2 weeks now I have been taking Benadryl Allergy - 2 Pills (50mg) of
diphenhydramine, and for the couple first days I was fine, my allergies had completed gone away and I felt great, but a little tired, now its my second week on the medication for allergies and I take it right before school and I had the craziest feeling ever I was extremely sleepy and relaxed it was very difficult to focus a litteraly kept going in and out of consciosness... for instance I was me typing on the computer in the library and when I was thinking what to type I would start typing and literally fall asleep while typing and then I would randomly wake up and notice that I had no clue I was typing .. anyways at the end when i reread what I had typed it was all mixed up I had skipped like 2 sentences and mixed like 15 words, not to go off topic .. but then I went to my next period and I was fine while walking there but then during class I physically fell asleep with out noticing and my grades are starting to suffer every single period I can't handle it, everytime I start thinking and processing information my mind wanders away and I fall asleep, its like everytime I think, I force myself to fall asleep and today I got sick of it, when I got home from school today I felt like I was on a pain killer, I felt extremly relaxed and like I didn't care about anything my head was a little frizzy I decide to look up diphenhydramine antihistamine and found out that it was an ingredient used to cause sleep I realized that I had made the wrong choice.. comon benadryl - ALLERGY how was I supposed to know that I would get this many problems from an allergy medication! ...
Anyways here is my main point of this topic
-- I will now be using Claritin (NONDROWSY!) , and I will remember to research medication before I use it !!!!

- diphenhydramine antihistamine and its outcome on overdose and your system
- an alternative allergy medicine
- What the heck was a experiencing as described above ^
- Can I get addicted, and what were the effects of this drug on my system
- Why did I enjoy the feeling of ?SLEEPINESS?DIZZINESS?NOCONTROL *yikes* Overdose?? only 50mg?? 2 -pills
