On April 17 I received this diagnosis:
consisten with metaplastic carcinoma, spindle cell type, with kelloid-like stroma:
The core is composed of proliferating spindle cells and keloidal collagen. There is cytokeratin expresion in some spindle cells among collagen bands.
I am in Israel, I fly to my home in Fort Worth, Tx on April 20. I could have surgery in Fort Worth, Tx, MD Anderson in Houston is possible but not likely due to lack of family there, St. Louis, Mo. or possibly in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Where do you suggest I get surgery and treatment.Please list the top 3 or 4 places in the cities I have listed above. It does not appear I have long to live from what I have read on the internet. Do you know of any hope?
