I have had physical symptoms (heavy chest,  palpitations) and autonomic like symptoms (light headedness,  breathlessness, dizziness,   derealization).        I have had a stress test and echocardiogram, my doctor thinks its anxiety.    I do feel very anxious all the time but it is only about my physical syptoms (which are very real).    When I do intense exercise,  my autonomic symptoms like rerealization  dramatically improve but only for an hour or so.   My physical symptoms dont improve no matter what.    Does this sound like typical anxiety?    Is there any pill which can supplement the endorphine release provided by exercise?    Does the fact that exercise endorphines makes me feel better suggest anxiety,  or is it just a soothing thing for my physical symptoms?    Again my doctor can't find a real physical problem.  I am 30 yrs old, male,    and honestly I am under no stress except for my sympotoms,  Im engaged and happy,   and my family has enough money...I live comfortably and my mood is very stable,  i'm just sick and depressed, but not depressive per se

Yes,it does sound very much like anxiety..you are right to have gotten a check up to make sure it wasn't something else, but being engaged is the beginning of a major life transition, and can cause anxiety attacks like this, so why don't you spend a few sessions with a therapist and talk this through, its the best thing you can do, much better than pills.
