Worried it's a brain tumor

I am 14 years old and I have been to the doctor many times in the last 6 months. The doctors keep telling me it's just my sinuses but I'm deeply worried it's a brain tumor.
SYMPTOMS:
Constant headache from when i wake up lasting all day long
Dizzyness from the time I wake up from the time I go to bed
I just starting having a loss of apitte 2 days ago
I've been having fkloaters in my eyes for about a month
I get mad easily now and a few months ago I didn't
I'm really scared please help me
I go to the eye doctor tuesday and after i finish this round of medicine I'm suppost to go back to the doctor to have ''tests'' done.
I'M SO SCARED

Did your doctors do any physical tests on you like checking your strength etc. If they did then you probably dont have a tumor. There are about a million other diseases that can cause those symptoms.

Not yet. They've told me to stop taking all my medicines and if it still hurts to come back Wedensday

Hi i use to get symptoms like that when i was about 13, 14 years old it turned out i had a rear type of migrane im 19 now and have growen out of it. I would not worry all i did is keep asking untill my doctor sent me for tests to stop me perstering him.
