tonsil concern

okay well not to long ago i hung out with my bf ive been dating for like a year and weve gotton pretty sexual before but were both clean from stds, but he moved and when i saw him a few weeks ago we engaged on some more sexual stufff and when i left after the week ive noticed my right tonsil is bigger, ive had like no pain symptons or white coatings on it it doesnt seem red to me and its not itchy or im not having trouble talking or eating or swolling i just now its slighty bigger then the left one , he did have a cold shortly before i saw him so i kinda got it to so im guessing its just a slight infection but im still kinda paranoid, cuz i have itty bitty bumps on the thoart wall too, they have no symptons and their not very noticble, its probley just sweat glands but still please help i get really paranoid
