Prior to the onset of this headache, have you had any headaches before?
You have mentioned that these headaches never left you except for certain days. Your examinations returned normal. One thing about your headache is it is sudden in onset, it is persistent and is associated with pressure behind the eyes.
Your lumbar puncture test returned normal. I suggest that you seek consult with an ENT specialist just to rule out any involvement of the eye,ear , nasal passages and the sinuses .This is something that you may want to look into.
The character of the onset of the headache is puzzling since it occured abrubtly. A neuralgic or nerve related cause may still be a differential.
Do you have any fever?
Any history of prior travel or eposure to anyone with an infection?
Any significant family history ?
the headache was only sudden in onset the 1st time, thereafter it is either there permanent or gradual onset.
Yes on most occassions i do feel pain behind my eyes
I do not have a fever or cold and havent had such for a long while
No i have not travel anywhere or been exsposed to infection
As far as i am aware no family hisory
if you need any more information let me know

One differential for this is exercise induced or effort related headache. However, one thing about these conditions is that the symptoms usually last for 24 to 48 hours at most. In your case, you have been experiencing you symptoms since the time of onset.
Here is a suggested reading to guide you:

You may discuss this with your physician .These type of headaches may be likely differentials given that your tests came back normal.
sorry to be a pest

The leg pain and the headaches may be separate conditions. The leg pain may be nerve related or may have an underlying musculoskeletal cause. At this point, are you still experiencing the headaches?
How are the headaches now?
Are they progressing or increasing in severity?
Without any recent symptoms of fever, flulike symptoms and underlying eye problems, this may be a headache of unusual presentation secondary to a benign cause. Exercise headaches, exertional headaches and migraine headaches may now have to be considered.
Do keep us posted for anything. You are most welcome to ask questions.
cheers
