Thank you for your reply.  I feel as if i am harrassing the doctors, as they just send me away.  I have contacted a private clinic who will hopefully see me.  I do suffer with IBS but i am eating well.  My stomach now feels very tight and heavy which is concerning me.  But when doctors send me away every time i just feel awful but i know something i wrong.

Make sure that you are having regular bowel movements and eating ok. If you have IBS then the surgery could have increased stress in your system to cause increased symptoms. You must also make sure that you have not injured your bowels from surgery or have any internal bleeding which can cause abdominal pain and bloating. They can check a blood test called a complete blood count ie CBC to make sure. I hope you feel better.
