I have all those same symptoms.  There are so many of us with these symptoms, I'm beginning to think those wonderful Terrorists have been spilling somthing in the air on us.  Anyway, all those things are symptoms of Lupus, but also dehydration, potassium loss, and MS.  Too many things it could be.  I have Sjogrens and Lupus, and take meds for the above symptoms.  Try drinking Gatorade and eat bananas and see if that helps.  If not, then definitely have the doc check for Lupus or MS.

Thyroid also causes this.  Should also have calcium levels checked.
