i have pain in my throat after i got half i tooth removed and puss drainned out mof my gum what shoul i do?

If you are still having pain you should see the doctor who did the surgery.  Throat pain is not uncommon if the tooth removed was in the back bottom. The local anesthesia injections can sometime do this too.

If you have drainage you need to contact your doctor.
