PVC's and PAC's-stressed out!

For years now I have had sinus tachycardia and PAC's and PVC's. I had a 24 hour event monitor in fall, and in 2003 I had a 3 week holter monitor and an echocardiogram, as well as various EKG's. Everything proved to be normal excpet for these things. The doctors reassure me that it is nothing to worry about. Mind over matter thing, but it's easier said than done. I am 27 years old, I used to suffer from panic attacks now I rarely have them but I do have anxiety and inability to succuessfully cope with some stressful situations. My question is, will this eventually turn into a more serious thing? Or is this really that common? Also are there any other tests I should have done?
The other thing is, yesterday I had an episode where I felt really light-headed, exessive yawning and I think I was having ectopics at that time. I know it's happened b4 in the past but, what is this? Any help please, its greatly appreciated!
