Yes it is possible. It is not an accurate test especially for pre-menopausal women. there are some women on the forum that had normal range counts and still ended up with OVCA. OVCA is a rare disease, if you are doubting the results of the test because of further symptoms then I would suggest you get a TransVaginalTransvaginal ultrasound Ultra sound.
