Two years ago I had my left ovary removed, 6 fibroids, a cyst, and TONS of endometriosis. For a while my cycle was normal, even though I am on birth control my cycles are bad and I clot pretty heavy. My clots range from the size of a quarter to the size of a small hamburger bun (in diameter)....this CANNOT be normal. My pap was normal but, I know that something is wrong. Any suggestions??? Can anyone relate??? Has anyone ever had an MRI instead of a LAP procedure? Do you think it's the endometriosis or another fibroid?

Hi there! Just from my personal experience and my friends that have had it I think it could be back. I noticed you mentioned an MRI and I have been reading that MRI's and Ultrasounds show endo. Well, I have worked at an MRI center for 5 years we also have ultrasound as well and they don't show it. Not that we have ever seen anyway. You definetly need to get into the dr and get it under control get a 2nd opinion if you have to!

sounds like the endo may be back they will more than likely have to do a lap to be sure i had a mri scan but the docs couldnt be 100% sure it was endo so they did a lap thank goodness they did as they thought it was p.o.s then my worst fears were confirmed it was endo!,hope you get to the docs and get diagnosed asap hope you feel better soon :-)

It sounds like to me that your endro. is back as far as the clotting goes. I have endro and have had the lap done already as well. I go through the huge clotting all the time during time of the month. The only difference is, I go through the puking and horrible cramps that make me unable to move along with a massive burning pains as well. I would talk to your doc. about doing a lap. on you to see for sure if it's back or not. I know that sucks and hurts but they always tell me that, that's the only way they can tell. I would get a appointment and talk to your doc. asap before you get into having as many problems as I. Good luck to you! I hope you feel better.
