Possible STD

Hi. I am sorry to type this out, as there is abundant information online about STDs, but I have not found anything that exactly matches my symptoms. About two months ago I had unprotected oral sex with someone. Now I have itchy vulva, UTI-like burning symptoms, loss of appetite, and some anal irritation, though I have never had anal sex. For a few weeks I have had stinging and sensations on the external vulva. Could this be an STD? If so, which one, as my symptoms seem mixed and matched. Does this sound like chlamydia or gonorrhea, and can you transmit those orally? There has also been some unusual discharge, and I skipped a period recently (have since had one), which never happens. Thanks in advance.

I would just get tested. You could have yeast or bacterial vaginosis, or maybe something is messing up your hormones, and that's why you missed a period.
Low estrogen levels can cause all those symptoms.
