I get a pain in my arms and hands every time i sneeze!? diagnosis needed!?

its feels a bit like pins and needles and it quite painful it useually lasts for 5 mins or so. HELP!

Seeing a neurologist or ent is advised.

Definetly want to back up scottma, and say "SEE NEUROLOGIST"! This can be a sign of different neurological conditions....
