why do they say take prenatal vitamins to help get pregnant
i thought you take them wen you find out you are pregnant to help your baby grow

That is what i have always thought as well...prenatal vitamins are good tho and even if u r not pregnant u can benefit from them

The prenatals do not help you get pregnant, but taking them while TTC will ensure you are "stocked up" on essentially vitamins like folic acid when you do get pregnant.

Ovulation time is when you will get pregnant. For many women with a 4 week cycle, ovulation occurs about 2 weeks after their last period. You can buy OTC ovulation test kits or chart your temperature to narrow things down a little more though.
