Irregular cyles & TTC

So I have a question for all of the mothers that already have kids or the ladies that r currently preggers. How long was it before u conceived & what kind of things did u do to help u conceive? The reason why I ask is b/c I have an irregular cycle & right now as of today 4-20-08 I am on cycle day 55. My longest cycle that I had was 98 days. So I was just wondering what u all did to help u conceive if u have an irregualr cycle like myself?
