3 months old stopped eating

Hi, I have the same problem.My son 3 months old suddenly stopped eating. He screams if a drop of milk goes down to his stomach. Other ways he is absolutely happy. He eats only 10 oz a day. The problen goes on for 1 week now. Doctor does not find anything wrong. It is too early for the rice cereal. What can I do?
