can someone give a suggestions on what I can do to manage my painful periods due to adenomyosis? I am 34 with no children, I have tried ivf twice to no avail. I am in pain as I am writing this. In january I bleed profusely like i am miscouraging but test prove I was not pregnant. This problem has affected my sex life since I am in pain all the time someone help me manage this pain.
