Lactoferrin Supplement during Pregnancy

Hello, I just found out I am pregnant, about 5 weeks now. I have been taking a supplement called Lactoferrin (500mg per day) and would like to know if it is safe to continue taking it. It is an immune stimulant and I have heard mixed reviews about whether it is beneficial during pregnancy or not. Some reports say that it can help prevent miscarriage, others say that when your immune system is too strong it fights against the growing fetus. I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you
