I am 35 years old having son of six years. i am having irregular bleeding & menses. My Gynac expert done d &c . My pathological report says - Impression : BENIGN CYSTIC GLANDULAR HYPERPLASIA
Microscopy :
Sections reveal polypoid endometrial tissue , showing varying sized endometrial glands set in a compact stroma. Few of the glands are diated. There is no evidence of atypia.

Gross : Received multiple pale brown tissue bits each aggregating to 1 X1 cms

How can i get cure?
Is this pre sign of any cancer ?
Suggest some therophy ?
