Contractions?

How many of you are experiencing extreme BH contractions?  Mine have been getting painful!  Not just in my belly either.  My back is killing me because of them!!  I am finally 33w 2d, and I know this started like this about a month before labor with my other two, but it is so annoying already!!

i was just fixing to start a post here about the same thing (and some other things i'm now getting the joy of feeling!).

i'm now starting to get BH contractions, too.  they're not really painful or anything...  i can just definately feel them!  along w/ the wonderful indigestion of the 3rd trimester and some joint pain around my hips...  :)

but hey...  we are almost there, right?!?!

The doctor gave me some sample of something for the indigestion/heartburn.  Said it is the same thing as Prilosec.  That has worked great!  The BH contractions for me have been getting awful!  I have been having contractions all last night and now this morning.  I keep drinking water, walking around, laying on my left side!!  They aren't getting closer together or stronger, but they are staying about the same strength and starting to grate on my nerves.  My dh thinks I should go in to get checked, but I know they'll just send me home telling me that it is only BH!!  Just under 7w left for me!!!

I have been getting them for a while now.  They are starting to be crampy feeling.  Only 6 more weeks for me!!! yay!!!

This is my 3rd pregnancy but my first time ever having BH.  I've been getting them every night for few hours since week 22 or so.  Not really any pain that goes along with it, just a crampy feeling like right before your af is due.  I have them more if my dh and I have sex.  So needless to say that has been on the down low for sometime now.  I have a little over 7 weeks to wait for this little one.

I have been having braxton hicks as well as real contractions. They have me on 20mg of Procartia 6x a day, but that really isnt helping. 8 weeks left for me

I've been getting what I think is BH. Can't help but think with each one the REAL ones will start.......I'm so ready to meet my lil princess.

Phew...thought I was the only one. I've read that BH isn't supposed to be painful, but it hurts me!! My back is in pain, just standing on my feet is killing my back and I feel my son getting heavier and lower...I'm really starting to feel it. HAHA, I'm at the end of the pregnancy and I can actually say that I really feel the pregnancy out of the whole time of being pregnant.

I am now 34 wks and the B/H have started to get a little painfull now. I am having to breath more and more through them.

I am  35 wks and 3d  earlier this week I had some pretty significant braxton hicks.  I had lower back pain and abdominal pain and crampiness.  This went on for about 5 hours so since I was still only 34 weeks at the time I figured I didnt' want to wait too long in case they sent us to a specialty hospital a half hour from here.    We ended up going to labor and deliv ery to make sure, I thought they felt pretty real.  Boy, was I embarrassed.  By time they hooked me up it was over.  BUt, they checked me anyway.  Hooked me up to the monitors and did a cervical exam.  IN 5 days I went from 0% efaced to 50% efaced.  So, even though it wasn't the real thing, maybe it was doing something.
I just can't wait.  My doctor is inducing at 39 weeks because I have gestational diabetes.  So 3 1/2 weeks to go!
