I'm 30 and about 5 years ago I started having loss of sensation. I had a few tests ran, fasting gluclose,liver function ... all came back normal. Now on top of that, 3 years ago I started having trouble maintaning an erection, nine out of ten times. I'm a lucky man, my wife is sex craved and now starving. It has seriously affected our intamacy level.I 've used otc man pills, but they don't seem to help much. I have had trouble with a buldging disk in my lower back, but even when my back feels fine I still have issues. I have no insurance currently. What could this be? Is there anything I can do?

The last problem may be your biggest! Your lack of insurance may hinder your full evaluation from a neurological standpoint, which I think you need to have. My concern is that there is compression of the nerves that go into your penis. The fact that your back feels fine does not mean that there is not involvement of these nerves. I suggest that you see a neurologist or neurourologist and have one of them evaluate you, possibly with an MRI of your spine.
Do get evaluated soon as some nerve compression problems will not be improved with surgery to remove the pressure, they will only be prevented from getting worse.

I've gone to urologists and neurologists and gone through a bevy of tests including MRI of the spine and taken anti-biotics, and anti-herpes medication. All tests come out normal, the medications haven't helped and all the doctors tell me there's nothing else they can do!
Can anyone help me?
