How to lose weight FAST?

Hi Everyone!

I was here not long ago and noticed someone had written a post about...Can you really lose weight just through eating and exercise.

I'm not sure if this person had hit a plateau, or was just frustrated with the weight loss process.

I am here to tell Everyone that you Absolutely Can melt all the fat off your body through eating the right foods and exercising the right way.

Eight years ago, I competed in EAS's Body-for-LIFE 12 week Challenge. I had to lose 100 pounds though, and there was no way I could do that in twelve weeks.

In the end, it took 4- 12 week challenges to lose all that weight. How I did it was simple (not easy). I ate whole foods (as often as possible) and I walked.

I was too fat to jog or run, so for exercise I simply walked.

as I got into better shape, I slowly began jogging.

And as my heart and body became better conditioned, I was able to move fast enough (on occasion) that you might even call what I did... running.

The title of my post, "How to Lose weight FAST!" I've done that too, but in the end, I ALWAYS wound up fatter tha fitter!

With Shows like the Biggest Loser promoting LIGHTNING SPEED WEIGHT LOSS....it's become very difficult for people to accept that slower is better and healthier and more realistic, than FAST!

I wrote a post for another site not long ago. and in that post I mentioned what I consider to be THE KEY to my own weight loss success. That key? Three Words... NEVER GIVE UP!

There's a picture I especialy like that represents the Never Give Up philosophy. Just google- Never Give Up in the Google Images section. I have one of those pictures in nearly every room in my house!

At 53, after shedding over 100 pounds, I now have 6 pack abs and a body I NEVER would've thought possible before I did it.

And...if I can do it..... Say it with me... "ANYBODY CAN DO IT!"
