post-exercise vomiting - related to effexor?

Hello
I have been taking effexor for about 6 months, and every time I exercise, I get horribly sick about one-half hour afterwards (fainting several times, vomiting, shaking, etc.) I am a very healthy eater and always ensure I am fully hydrated. The dizziness I normally get from the medication is tolerable, but this is unbearable. I don't want to stop exercising, what can I do? Is there another similar medication that doesn't cause this reaction? (I took lexapro also and experienced the same problems).
