I am very scared and confused

Well, back in February my friend performed oral sex on me. I didn't have any cuts on me none whatsoever, and it was my first time. I don't think he had any cuts either. I am not in contact with him anymore. But now, in April, I have been having these headaches for about maybe two to three weeks, and I've been feeling nausea. I threw up twice in one day, but that was it. I am very worried that I have an STD. I am worried and I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help!

This doesn't sound at all like an std, and you should follow up with your doctor.

Well, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I don't have any pimples, bumps, or warts on my penis, I don't feel like that at all. I'm just worried.
