Headaches + Misc =?

I was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Syndrome with low platelets about 4 years ago.  They have not totally ruled out Lupus...I have butterfly rash and some other mild indicators.  However, recently I have been experiencing some odd physical events and was wondering if they are all related to my APS or something else.  Here they are:
*Menstral Cycles have gone from 28 days to 23 or less each month...heavy, heavy flow
*Increased bruising
*Major reaction to insect bites
*Very frequent sharp, sharp pains in the same spot on my head
*Irritability
*Strange palpatation like "blubs" in my heart...I don't loose my breathe and there is no pain
*Sometimes have strange feelings in the back of my calf
*Pain either in my breast or behind it when taking a deep breathe

The headaches are sharp in pain, sometimes it shoots down behind my eye and my eye blinks and I often feel it shooting down my neck and a vein in my neck.  I am fearful that the symptoms are more that APS and are clots waiting to release or stroke warnings.  The DR that gave me my original APS diagnosis (after 2 miscarriages) said that I was likely to have a stroke or DVT in my 40's and never know what hit me!!!  It was harsh and I have never been able to let it go.  I have three little babies, am approaching 40 and are hyper aware of everything going on physically.  I take 81 mg of asprin per day...nothing more.

Can this all be APS related?  Does it add up to something more, or does having APS just lend itself to these odd issues (bruising, headaches etc.)?  Is taking aspirin and just dealing with the issues enough?
Thanks!
