Over masturbation issue

To start I'm not sexually active. I masturbate about 4 times a week. My girlfriend masturbated me roughly one night and when i woke the next morning i noticed i had this flakeyness to my penis head. It itched a little throughout the day and it seemed really dry. I've researched everything and it seems like a case of over masturbation and the closest thing i can think of that it is is excema. I used vaseline and a moisturizer and i have to clean it about 2 times a day and no results. I'm just lost at what to do about the situation. Is there an over the counter cream or ointment i can use?
