Nausea

by Shyone777, Apr 22, 2008 08:13AM
My 13 yr old has a feeling of nausea every morning and sometimes throws up and sometimes not.  I don't know what it could possibly be.  She has had blood tests and ultra sounds and found nothing.  HELP!!!

I don't know if this will relate, but I used to get nervous before 6th grade (no real reason, just general social pressures) and would throw up periodically. It only lasted for that one year and then just kinda went away... I'd check with her about her feelings about her school and the other kids first. Then maybe make sure she's properly hydrated and it isn't food specific. (only happens when she doesn't have enough water in her system, or when she has cheese the night before which could mean an enzyme deficiency etc;) Sorry though, that sounds uncomfortable and I'm sure you're worried.
