I had a stress test/rest with wall motion, impression was ; small area of reversible ischemia in the distal anterior septum. what does this mean.  I do have to have a heart cath done.

Distal anterior septum (wall between chambers) and there appears to be a defect due to ischemia (lack of blood flow).  The defect can be diferentiated as reversible or irreversible from an infarction (heart muscle necrosis).
