Tingling Sensation

Hello, I am having a bizarre sensation lately (past 90 days), it is slowly worsening, under my right rib cage close to center just at the beginning of my right rib in the mid abdomen. It feels like a tingling uncomfortable electric sensation that runs to my mid back which gets sore at time and causes some discomfort. It is usually worse after eating or sitting in a chair for awhile. It is almost like the sensation when your foot falls asleep but has a tender bloated sensation along with that. It helps if I stretch my entire body up and backwards. I am a 30 year old male that is in great health isn't obese, doesn't smoke but drinks occasionally. I run two miles a day and over the past year have gained about 10 pounds due to SSRI (lexapro) consumption for the past year but have since D/Cd that regiment. Overall am in good health. I had a physical two years ago with full blood testing and nothing came up at that time but I am a little concerned right now. Any possibilities?
