strange pricking arround testicles

MY PROBLEM IS THAT AM EXPERIENCING SOMETHING LIKE A TINY WORM CREEPING AROUND MY LEFT TESTICLES SOMETIMES IT PRICKS ME LIKE A NEEDLE AND SOMETIMES I CAN FEEL IT MOVING HAVE HAD THIS CONDITION FOR YEARS BUT DOCTORS HAVE MET DONT REALLY UNSTAND
